How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all USA and CA orders (except HI & AK) .

International customers receive free shipping on orders over $200.

How long until my order ships?

As all of our products are handcrafted, it takes approximately 7 days to produce them. Adding the time required for international shipping, please expect a delivery time of around 14 days. For custom-made items, a longer duration is needed, with an expected delivery time of 14 to 30 days.Once your order leaves our warehouse, you may track it.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to an ever-growing list of countries around the world.

A complete list of available countries is available within the shipping stage of checkout.

Orders over $200 receive FREE International Shipping.

What if my item breaks during shipping?

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, KW Collection will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.

How long does free shipping take?

Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 7-15 business days. 

Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in CN.

What is KW Collection's return policy?
  • If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery by clicking the link "Contact us" on our website.
  • KW Collection accepts returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery.
  •  For the customized product, we will send 2-3 photos or a vedio to you to get your confirmation before we ship it out. Once the customized product is confirmed by you, it could not be refundable. If you insist to return the customized product due to any reason, the prepayment of it is not refundable and 15% restocking fee will incur.
  • We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances. 
  • Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee. 
  • Returns in exchange for KW Collection store credit will never incur a restocking fee.
  •  Shipping charges, prepayment of customized product and rush processing fees are non refundable. 
  • File a Return online and ship the item back on your own. 
  • All returns MUST have a valid RMA number. 
What if an item arrives broken?
  • Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99.7% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse.
  • In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery using the link below.
  • You must provide an order number, and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item as well as the packaging.
  • We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
  • We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label).

How do I file a return?

  • Damaged item claims must be made within 72 hours by clicking the link "Contact us" on our website.
Do you offer exchanges?
  • If you would like to exchange an item, we will issue an RMA number to send back the original. You will be refunded store credit, which you may use to order a different item of your choice.
  • If you received the wrong item, contact support to get it corrected as quickly as possible by clicking the link "Contact us" on our website. 
How long does it take for a refund to be issued? 

Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued within 1-2 days. Please allow 2-7 days for your bank to clear the funds.
